What should I expect at your church?

When do your services begin? 9AM during the summer (10AM September-May)

How long are worship services? Typically 60 minutes.

What should I wear? Clothes. Please dress however you are most comfortable. For everyone that is going to be a little bit different. You will see a wide variety. How you dress is not as important as the fact that you’re here!

Will I be asked to stand and introduce myself in front of the church? No! And guests will not be given a special name tag to stand out. We want you to feel comfortable!

Is there something for my kids? We have a family worship service where children are invited to stay. Our church is a “no-stink eye” zone—if your child cries during a worship service, you can know that no one will turn around and give you the stink eye! There is a children’s message every other week.

What is your worship style? Our worship is joyful! We are so thankful that Jesus saved us, we can’t help but joyfully offer our praise and thanks. We do this by having an order to our worship that focuses on God and what he’s done through Jesus. We sing songs that remind us of this truth as well. All of our songs are chosen to joyfully express praise and thanks that comes from a life changed by Jesus. Finally, we read the Bible and listen to a message that gives the reason for joy—Jesus. He’s what it’s all about. That’s why we’re joyful!
