The HTLA Winter Dinner is one of our special annual fundraising events, bringing together academy families, church members, friends, and community supporters for a memorable evening. Guests will enjoy a catered meal, exciting games, a silent auction, and meaningful fellowship as we celebrate the mission and ministry of Holy Trinity Lutheran Academy.

Proceeds from the event support Holy Trinity Lutheran Academy's mission of providing Christ-centered education while helping us expand our reach and serve more students and families. Every ticket purchased, auction bid placed, and donation made helps strengthen and grow this important ministry.

Help Us Build the Winter Dinner Committee

The success of the HTLA Winter Dinner depends on dedicated volunteers who are passionate about Christian education and helping our school grow. We are currently forming a planning committee and would love to have academy families, church members, alumni, grandparents, and community supporters join us.

Serving on the committee is a great way to support Holy Trinity Lutheran Academy, build relationships, and use your unique gifts to further our mission.

Committee Responsibilities May Include:

• Soliciting donations and sponsors for the silent auction

• Coordinating event logistics and venue planning

• Decorating and creating a welcoming event atmosphere

• Promoting the event through social media, church communications, and community outreach

• Assisting with ticket sales and guest registration

• Organizing games, activities, and entertainment

• Coordinating volunteers before and during the event

• Seeking partnerships with local businesses and community organizations

• Helping share the story and mission of HTLA with attendees

Whether you can commit to monthly planning meetings, help with a specific area, or volunteer on the day of the event, your involvement can make a meaningful impact.
