Help Us Build the Fall Festival Committee
The HTLA Fall Festival is only possible because of the dedicated volunteers who help plan and organize the event. We are currently looking for enthusiastic committee members to help make this year's festival our best yet.
Whether you're a parent, grandparent, church member, alumni family, or community supporter, we'd love to have you join the team.
Committee Opportunities Include:
Coordinating Trunk-or-Treat participants
Organizing games and activities
Planning and coordinating hay rides
Assisting with bounce house and activity logistics
Collecting candy and supply donations
Recruiting and scheduling volunteers
Helping with event promotion and community outreach
Decorating and creating a festive atmosphere
Assisting with setup and cleanup
Exploring sponsorship opportunities with local businesses
No previous event planning experience is required. Whether you can help throughout the planning process or lend a hand on the day of the event, your support makes a meaningful difference.
